Our Specializations
Self-Exploration
Our self-exploration formats support both trainee and licensed psychotherapists in critically reflecting on and further developing their own perspectives, implicit assumptions, and professional practice in the context of discrimination and diversity. The focus lies on practice-oriented depth and the sustainable development of professional competence.
Supervision
We offer individual, group, and team supervision grounded in a racism-critical and culturally sensitive approach. The aim is to strengthen professional confidence in practice, reflect on complex case constellations, and foster clarity and orientation in everyday clinical and psychosocial work.
Workshops
Our workshops are designed for organizations and teams seeking to integrate discrimination-sensitive practice, diversity competence, and structural reflection into their professional processes. Content is tailored to specific needs and delivered in a practical, application-oriented manner.
